PROBLEM
All the products of the company have been built over a long span of time and have evolved over a period of time. Uneven knowledge about the products and its capabilities within the organization was the key concern. This adversely was impacting various functional roles like hiring & training new employees, framing marketing communication, closing sales, effectively installing software and providing quick support.
SOLUTION & IMPLEMENTATION
Recommended creating the knowledge base. Gathered all necessary information about each product, each module. Documented and produced videos to explain the purpose of each module, highlighting the key aspects. Set up Learning Management System. So far have documented 3 major products.
